All transactions on Bajelive are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Wallet section. Bajelive does not charge fees on standard transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by Bajelive are subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Bajelive reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

Account Responsibility

Each player may hold only one Bajelive account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Bajelive support immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

01 Introduction

Welcome to Bajelive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Bajelive ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Bajelive platform — including the website at bajelive.app and the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the Bajelive platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — through a browser, the Android app, or any other method.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Bajelive, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Bajelive employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Bajelive platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

Bajelive reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, Bajelive may suspend or permanently close the account. Any balance held in an account that fails verification may be withheld pending investigation.

Age verification: Bajelive takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is held by someone under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and the matter investigated. Winnings generated during this period will not be paid out.


03 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one Bajelive account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, or the same device — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your mobile number changes, update it in your account settings or contact support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Bajelive staff will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
  • Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other platforms.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Security tip: Bajelive supports two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling this in your account settings. It takes less than two minutes and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.


04 Deposits

Bajelive accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile banking platforms most widely used in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion involved.

Deposits are credited to your Bajelive account instantly in most cases. In rare situations where a deposit is delayed due to a network issue with your mobile banking provider, the funds will be credited as soon as the transaction is confirmed. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Bajelive support with your transaction reference number.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100
  • Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (subject to your mobile banking provider's limits)
  • Bajelive does not charge any fees on deposits
  • Deposits must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
  • Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned

Third-party payments: Deposits made from a mobile banking account not registered in your name will be reversed. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Always deposit from your own bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.


05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Bajelive are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security requirement to prevent fraud. Withdrawals to a different account will not be processed without prior verification.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 2 hours. Bajelive does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
  • Maximum single withdrawal: ৳100,000
  • Withdrawals are only available after your account identity has been verified
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met
  • Bajelive reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include unmet wagering requirements, identity verification pending, or a mismatch between your account details and your mobile banking registration. Contact support if you need clarification.


06 Bonuses and Promotions

Bajelive offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply to all Bajelive promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Only bets placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe — typically 7 to 30 days.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bajelive reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in account suspension.

Wagering requirements explained: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The specific requirement for each offer is always shown before you claim it.


07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Bajelive use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The results of all games are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics themselves.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game. Bajelive is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • Bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been submitted.
  • In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
  • Bajelive's records of game outcomes are the definitive record. In any dispute, Bajelive's server logs take precedence.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.

Bajelive reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings if there is evidence of technical exploitation, collusion, or any other form of unfair play. Decisions made by Bajelive in relation to game outcomes and disputes are final.


08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajelive platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bajelive staff or other players.

Fraud and money laundering: Bajelive is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information will be shared with law enforcement as required by law.


09 Responsible Gaming

Bajelive is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Bajelive players:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your wallet settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a waiting period. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Reminders: Set a time reminder that alerts you after a specified period of play.
  • Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent. During exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot deposit, play, or receive promotional communications.

11 Limitation of Liability

Bajelive provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Bajelive is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Delays or failures in mobile banking transactions caused by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
  • Decisions made by a player based on misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.

In all cases, Bajelive's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
